Work-Trade
We offer Work-Trade positions at Punta Mona based on availability and individual areas of expertise. Work-Traders must work 8 hours daily, Monday through Saturday. Vacations must be pre-approved.

Positions available now:

Kitchen Manager
-Responsible for planning 3 meals a day while directing interns and other kitchen help to facilitate feeding 20 - 65 people.
-You will have a kitchen team that will be your support. It will be up to you to manage your team accordingly.
-Cooking/cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen will be your responsibility.
-The kitchen manager will be cooking over a wood fire for 2 meals a day (gas stove for breakfast).
Please be willing to learn about the edible farm food and working with our agricultural manager to incorporate the food in our meals. 
-We get new visitors everyday and the kitchen manager will have to adjust to feeding new guests, sometimes with only a few minutes notice.  
-3 Month minimum commitment.

Spanish Instructor
Come teach Spanish classes for our internship program.
-Two hour long classes
-Beginner and Intermediate Levels
-Daily, Monday through Friday

Housekeeping
Punta Mona needs a self-motivated, organized and seriously dedicated individual with attention to detail to provide love and care for our "Zone 1". We see many groups and visitors come through our facilities and this is a very important position.
-Includes: sweeping, dusting, taking out recycling/ trash, making up rooms for guests, preparing grounds for visiting guests and groups.

Yoga Instructor
We are currently looking for a yoga instructor to lead classes at Punta Mona.
-Morning classes before breakfast
-Monday through Saturday
-On occasion, we have groups that come for yoga retreats and the schedule during those times may change.
